Background
Dewald spent five years in the Defence Force where he was intimately involved with the integration of the different military forces.
He spent three years in Wesbank as HR manager and another three in Alexander Forbes Risk services in HR and later as Director Gauteng of the small and medium sized business book.
In 1994 Dewald moved into venture finance and two years later into assessment and coaching of senior managers and entrepreneurs.
Dewald's expertise in organisational renewal has been invaluable in CRS Turnaround's turnaround projects.
