Mike Murray's background
Following general management experience in the pharmaceutical industry and IT industry, Mike started consulting as a business partner / preferred contractor to a number of management consulting firms, including roles in a turnaround capacity.
Mike has over 7 years experience as an independent consultant with significant experience of turnaround management. He is linked with 4 consultancies of which 2 are internationally based.
Mike has worked with international management consulting on large organisation transformational projects and business process and operations reengineering projects in Southern Africa and Asia.
These projects have been with large utilities, parastatals and companies with an international presence.
He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association - Southern Africa .
