Frans is a very seasoned management consultant in strategy, leadership, financial and organisational issues, supply chain management, and sales and marketing.
He has considerable experience of turnaround management and business transformation implementation, often as project manager.
Background
Frans has 8 years' experience in industry (5 years overseas) and 8 years' international consultancy experience in large-scale management consulting firm.
Prior to joining Corprenewal, Frans was a principal consultant at an international consulting firm where he headed a number of disciplines, and project managed large-scale business transformation and turnarounds.
Frans was a member of the Advisory Group of the 2004 Task Group for Organising the Turnaround and Business Rescue Industries.
He is a founder member and was voted onto the initial board of the Turnaround Management Association - Southern Africa as director on 29 April 2005. On 22 September 2005 he was elected Executive Director: Newsletter for the remainder of 2005 and 2006.
