Turnaround support

When providing turnaround support, we act as turnaround management consultants to either new or incumbent management in a partnering arrangement.
In such cases alignment with the turnaround plan is to be contractually agreed upon.
While we prefer to work on a risk basis, when acting as turnaround consultants we can only do so if:
- We have sufficient influence on the outcome of the turnaround; and/or
- Management's remuneration is tied to the same risk that we face in working for a success outcome.

We take over management of a distressed company if requested to do so, and can do so at very short notice.
The typical situation giving rise to us becoming involved in turnaround management is when a board of directors decides that the present company leadership is not able to take the company forward, or if a CEO/MD resigns.
We conduct turnaround management as interim turnaround managers. A deliverable is normally the recruitment and or grooming of successors.
We prefer to provide turnaround management on a risk basis.
