Our turnaround practitioner team has extensive experience of turning around troubled companies.
A number of our members have been doing so for more than 20 years - either as turnaround consultants or as professional turnaround managers.
Historically, our past clients represent a variety of industries (see box on the right) and range in size from R10m to as large as 5bn in annual turnover.
Having worked as turnaround managers in industry before and after forming CRS Turnaround, we are uniquely positioned to:
- Interpret issues from the client's perspective.
- Utilise our knowledge to drive a turnaround, or to support management in doing so.
A number of our senior members held leadership positions at international management consulting firms before.
Accordingly, we are experienced in combining the resources of the troubled company with those of our own into joint project teams to achieve sustainable results.
