We supply either an interim turnaround manager, and/or a team to assist management with stabilisation and turnaround plan refinement.
The objective of stabilisation is securing the short-term future of the company through emergency actions, and laying the foundation for funding and fixing the distressed company.
Emergency turnaround management does not normally take place in isolation, but simultaneously with the Diagnostic Review in a severe crisis situation.
